COVID restrictions have changed again - open houses are again prohibited.
This is a list of suggestions and precautions that we/you can take while we market your home for sale given the evolving situation with COVID-19.
This sign will be posted at the front door so the agent and his clients will see it as soon as they enter.
This Questionnaire will be sent to the agent who has requested a showing on your home. It must be completed, signed and returned to me before he will be given permission to show your home.
This form is valid for 24 hours only.
I will ask you to read and sign this form at the time you sign your listing documents. If you would like to have your lawyer review the form prior to signing it, you can download the form and e-mail it to your lawyer for review.
I'm happy to continue my real estate business and represent you in the purchase or sale of a home the way I always have, HOWEVER if you or I begin to feel unwell or exhibit any of the symptoms of COVID-19, we will not meet in person but will rely on telephone conferencing or Zoom meetings. I will also rely on you to advise me immediately if you, or anybody in your family is symptomatic.
